Check out the “Checker Cab” roller coaster ride at the New York New York Hotel in Las Vegas.
For those of you who think you’ve seen that cab before you’re right.
A while back the crew at D&P was asked to design and build a hot rod Checker Cab for the New York New York Hotel. The build was featured on the television program “Rides”. For those of you who missed it D&P took a stock cab and put it on a new chassis and installed a blown Hemi engine and all the goodies. The cab was displayed at the SEMA show in Las Vegas and now resides at the Hotel and is on display. Nice to see the liked our design and built a roller coast in the likeness of our Hot Rod Cab.
