1969 Chevy Camaro Upgraded by D&P
This vehicle recently came to D&P for a powertrain upgrade. The customer had to vehicle stored for many years in his garage and decided it was finally time to get it ready to cruise down the road.
D&P Installed a GM 350 HO Crate Engine, Tremec TKO 5 Speed Manual Transmission, and posi-traction to help the rear end with the additional horsepower. Not only does it cruise down the road but it also gets great gas mileage.
The customer has had the car now for about a month and he recently wrote us to let us know what he thought of our work. It’s always great to get good feedback from a happy customer.
“Darryl & Co. I’m having a ball with our car. It is running great! I have taken it down PCH to Dana Point and Laguna, and up to my daughter’s home a couple of times. I volunteer for a lot of short errands to the market, to pick up take out dinners, trips to the hardware store etc. I pulled a spark plug a couple of weeks ago, and it was very clean.
